What Do Hanoians Have For Breakfast?

Bánh Cuốn is covered by thin steamed rice and minced pork and mushroom in the inside. It is usually served with “chả quế” and “bánh cuốn” sauce.

This is one of the most famous “banh cuon” restaurant in Hanoi so it is always crowded. The restaurant is very clean and the staff are fill with enthusiasm.

Egg coffee has a very unique taste since it is mixed with eggs, milk, coffee. The cup is placed in a bowl of hot water to keep its temperature. It plays an essential role in completing a full breakfast for a Hanoian.
